Our Programs

Research & Evidence

This is focused on generating, analyzing, and translating evidence on health, economics, policy, investment, and community experiences to inform decision-making and drive meaningful change.

Capacity Building Programme

This equips communities, young people, civil society organizations, health workers, researchers, and policymakers with the knowledge and skills to understand and strengthen health and economic systems. Through training, mentorship, and technical assistance, the programme builds capacity in pluralist economic thinking, public finance, health financing, policy analysis, research translation, advocacy, regulatory systems, and community engagement.

HopeStone Conversations

A multimedia dialogue platform featuring podcasts, webinars, Twitter/X Spaces, interviews, and public conversations that simplify evidence, amplify community voices, and foster informed discussions on health and economic issues.

HopeStone Magazine

The magazine serves as a youth-led knowledge and advocacy platform that connects evidence, lived experiences, creativity, and policy conversations. It transforms complex health issues into accessible stories, insights, and discussions that encourage learning, dialogue, and action among communities, young people, decision-makers, and development actors.

TEKO Dance Show

TEKO Dance Show is a youth-led creative advocacy platform that uses dance, poetry, drama, storytelling, and dialogue to stimulate or provoke conversations on health, economics, and social change.

Community Regulatory Accountability Committee (CRAC)

CRAC is a community-led accountability platform established to strengthen collaboration between communities, civil society organizations, researchers, and regulatory institutions throughout the lifecycle of introducing new health technologies and medicines. Originally incubated during the 2022–2023 AVAC Fellowship, CRAC creates structured dialogue between regulators and communities to promote transparency, build trust, facilitate two-way information sharing, and ensure that community perspectives inform regulatory decision-making, product introduction, implementation, and post-market monitoring.
